The speed can be electronically adjusted, independent of user weight, from 1 km/h to 16 km/h (Kettler Boston Treadmill), 0.5 km/h to 16 km/h (Kettler Marathon Treadmill) and 2 km/h to 20 km/h (Kettler Marathon XL Treadmill) This allows for therapeutic walking as well as intensive, performance-oriented running.
